The past few weeks we’ve had our second and third UberCourse participants in the ProShop. Go and Daniel joined us all the way from South Korea, flying over with horns in tow for a few weeks of Uberhaul immersion. Go went to school with Jeff at Redwing and Curt had met Go several times at trade shows over the years.
Go and Daniel planned to travel around America for a month, including two weeks here in Wilmington, and absorb as much repair knowledge a possible. Then, armed with all their new skills and information, they will be heading home to open their own repair shop, which you can check out here.

Both Go and Daniel were hard workers, and threw themselves into their work, both leaving with completely Uberhauled horns. Go’s Yamaha 82Z Tenor has a brand new RooPads with Copper Airtight Maestro Resos and Daniels Dave Guardala New York Alto got a Saxgourment pad set, with Gold Airtight Maestro Resos.
We think that great things are going to come from this duo out of South Korea. Keep an eye on them as they will be a real force to reckon with in the instrument repair industry.
