Walt dropped off his SBA Alto for an Uberhaul. This horn is in decent mechanical condition, but will still require some restoration.

We discovered that the adjustment screw for G# is barely hitting the pad cup. We’ll revise this mechanism to function better.

Ryan uses tan pads for dry-fitting. These will eventually be replaced by black Saxgourmet pads and seamless domed resonators.
Alternate F# was sharp, but became stuffy after lowering the key height. Therefore, we’ll fix it with a crescent!
Pantyhose over the neck pip will fix a hissy A in no time. Once the epoxy has cured, we’ll cut around the pip and remove the excess pantyhose.
The modern thumb hook is a nice improvement. It looks and feels better. Also check out the new gold needle springs!
