Steve’s Chu Berry Alto Steve wanted his alto to be in great shape for grad school; an Uberhaul is just the thing! It’s hard to imagine what that past tech was even doing to the neck and tenon! We replaced the tenon, and hopefully in the future, we can use our sandblaster to give the neck a beautiful satin finish and get it re-plated. One thing at a time! The tabbed G#, where the B and C# tabs can be individually switched on and off when they aren’t needed. Just a quick twist of a mini-knurled handle and the tabs can be adjusted! Dryfitting is complete. Off to the pad room! RooPads with flat metal reso’s.
