Check out Howard’s MKVI Tenor. This instrument will be getting an Uberhaul with a lot of great modifications: side key contacts, side key ball-to-fork conversion, octave rebuild with adjustable teflon contacts, and adjustment screws for the top and bottom stacks and the Low B to C#.
