Austin sent his Bari to us for an Uberhaul, so it will be ready for the upcoming school year. Austin opted for all of our optional upgrades and asked us to install Saxgourmet pads with Maestro Airtight Copper Resonators.
There are a few minor dents in the body tube.
We’ll replace the non-original clothing guard foot pictured on the left.
Chris is fitting the 8va mechanism with the help of the Knipex Parallel Swedging Pliers.
The Knipex pliers are very handy when it comes to dry fitting and accessing the left hand table.
The Z-Gun is a very efficient way to apply shellac to the new pads! Austin chose Saxgourmet pads with Copper Airtight Maestro resonators.
Ryan is using one of the small tipped woodwind screwdrivers to reinstall the low Bb spatula.
This side C will fit nice and snug once Chris is done swedging.
Austin selected black Saxgourmet pads and copper Airtight Maestro resonators for his bari. Yes, we have the large size resonators in stock!
Austin’s bari is all finished!
We had a blast with Austin and his dad Craig in the shop.
