MusicMedic is a multifaceted supplier and manufacturer located in Wilmington, NC seeking to add a motivated and experienced general manager to their team.
The general manager will oversee the manufacturing facility, shipping/ receiving, sales/marketing, customer service, and research & development departments and work directly with the owner to continuously improve the company. They will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and nurturing the growth of the team. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to hiring, training team leaders, developing and implementing growth strategies, evaluating all employees, and creating company policies. The ideal candidate will understand or be excited to learn about lean business practices and be hands on while running the daily operations.
Necessary skills: management of multiple team members strong leadership qualities excellent communication able to multi-task goal-oriented trustworthy highly-organized computer literate ambitious creative keen eye for detail works well independently and with others upbeat and enthusiastic
